Unable to add user/page/process from Bonita Portal as Administrator

Hi there!

I am using Bonita 7.4.3 and 7.5.4 for different applications. Am currently facing issue with the 7.4.3 version. I am unable to add users / pages / processes / groups anything as an Administrator or as a 'install' user. Though I have users in the portal currently, the technical details in the Profiles view for Users and Administrators show as 0 .

Administrator
The administrator can install a process, manage the organization, and handle some errors (for example, by replaying a task).
Technical details

Users: 0
Groups: 0
Roles: 0
Memberships: 0

I would like to know the problem and the best option to resolve this issue without losing any data.

Hi Raji.
I have the same problem, but when I use a different pc as client, it works.
Have you try from another client?

Yes, I first did the same. But later found that this is happening originally only in Chrome but works fine in Firefox. Btw, this is on a Mac.

Ok, I use Mac to.
Originally the problem affected only Safari, but now every browser of my iMac.
Even the Portal executed from the Studio does not work.

But if I use my MacBook, it works with every the browser!

So now the problem isn't browser related, but pic related. :-|

Thanks for sharing the link. Any idea why it wasn't working in any other browser in your iMac ?

Yep.
Safari, Chrome and Opera uses the same rendering engine: Webkit. Firefox no. ;-)
My MacBook uses older version of Safari and Chrome, so "for now" it's working.
