bonita exception

We are using Bonita Open Solution version 5.6 and we are getting the following exception:

WARNING: Activity will be put in the state FAILED due to: org.ow2.bonita.facade.exception.BonitaWrapperException: org.ow2.bonita.facade.exception.RoleMapperInvocationException: Bonita Error: be_TRT_2Exception caught while executing role mapper: org.ow2.bonita.facade.def.InternalConnectorDefinition@556eafa6

Can anyone offer some help on how I could trace or solve this problem?

I am using Bonita 7. I have live process . There when some users try to attach documents and submit the form , process works fine . But In certain cases, the user while trying to attach Documents gets an error. The submit button does not work for them . When they remove the attachments , then it works fine.
I have checked the size of the Attachments, its less than 1 MB .

we are struggling with the following error past couple days.trying to install bonita 6.4 on our tomcat instance. (linux m/c)
