How to save members' profile mappings when republishing an organization?

Hello, I have few questions and I hope that you will help me:
1) Being logged as Administrator at Bonita's Portal, there is the "Configuration/Profiles" menu, where I can assign profiles "User" and "Administrator" to different members of my organization. I performed a members' mapping according to profiles and everything seems to be good. But when I have to republish my organization (or when I have to re-enter the Bonita BPM program) all profiles' mappings resets to their original state (i.e. all members have profiles of "User" and "Administrator"). The problem is partially solved by unchecking the boxes "Clean database on exit" and "Publish active organization at startup" in program, but in this case there is a problem of accumulation UUID of members, cases, etc. Besides, there remains a problem with republishing an organization. This variant does not suit me.
So, the question is: Are there any solutions how to save members' profile mappings when republishing an organization?

2) Why the "Studio user" (Studio technical user for preview) is not visible through the "Organization/Manage..." menu in Bonita BPM program? How can I delete this user? The only way I have found is to export the organization through the Bonita BPM Portal, and then import it, agreeing on a replacement. Only after this manipulation I can delete this user through the program.

3) I need to extend the functionallity of Bonita BPM Portal for Administrator member (such as "Delete Users", "Add a custom field of specialization", etc). How can I modify it?

I am using Bonita BPM Community 6.2.4, Java 7u51, Windows 7 x64

Regards,
Igor

Just to be sure, are you using the Portal that comes with Bonita BPM Studio for production? Or are you using a Bundle?

Thank you, ttoine. Now everything works fine with Bonita BPM Tomcat Bundle!

This one is the BEST answer!

For production do not use Studio for production. Instead, go to the download page and download a Tomcat Bundle. This way, you have the Studio for development and tests, and an independant Platform for production, and your users organisation will never be deleted !
